Having been called to the Bar in 2019, Sarah commenced her legal practice in a law firm based in Melaka where she was actively involved in conveyancing matters. During her time there, she participated in drafting of sale and purchase agreements and loan documentations with most of the financial institutions in Malaysia.

 

In 2020, Sarah made a leap to continue her legal practice in Messrs Ang & Lau with main focus in conveyance of properties. She attends to sale and purchase of properties from both the primary market from developers and secondary market. She handles all documentations from ground up to the release of banking facilities for most of the financial institutions in Malaysia in both the conventional and Islamic divisions. She is well-versed with dealings with various governmental authorities and matters involving trust deeds, perfection of transfer and discharge of charge.
