David heads the conveyancing practice. His areas of practice include the full range of conveyancing practice with experience in land matters, leasing, tenancy, acquisition and disposal of private and commercial properties and complying and securing the requisite approvals from the regulatory and governmental authorities.

 

His vast experience in property matters includes leading, drafting and advisory work for numerous niche, medium-sized and publicly listed property developers in various aspects of laws and approvals relating to the development projects of residential, commercial and mixed large-scale development in Malaysia.

 

In banking portfolio, he acts extensively for local and foreign financial institutions in drafting and advisory work of conventional and Syariah security documentation in relation to retail loans, housing, SME and commercial financing for various conventional and Islamic facilities.

 

He is also well-versed with all aspects of estate planning administration and laws such as Trust, Will-writing, advising Settlors, Executors and Guardians on Trust and Estate administration respectively, application for grant of probate or grant of letters of administration from the High Court of Malaya or small estate distribution orders and subsequent distribution of assets and estate.
